Tom Gledhill started in the finance industry in 1996 with Fidelity investments. In 1999 Tom switched from Fidelity to the mortgage industry as a loan officer where he immediately began to ascend through the ranks. In 2006, Tom began working as a Regional Manager and has continued in that role and other leadership roles since then. As Regional Manager, he builds mortgage lending and real estate leaders and creates advancement and lucrative money-making opportunities for those he has managed. Mr. Gledhill has managed areas largely in the Western United States including offices in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Tom has expanded into Tennessee, Florida, Texas, and MO.
In December 2022, Tom joined Geneva Financial. This new opportunity helps recognize Tom’s success as a leader and someone who truly cares about the individual loan officers and other employees with whom he works. Tom’s drive and ambition has allowed him to weather the storms experienced in the mortgage industry. He uses these difficulties as teaching tools that have helped Tom become a smarter lender, a resilient businessman, and a compassionate leader and manager.
When not in the office, Tom loves spending time with his wife and children. He also enjoys activities outdoors, such as golfing, hiking, mountaineering, skiing, and boating. In 2017, Tom had the opportunity to hike to the base camp of Mount Everest.

I was born in California and found my way to Arizona where I am now a part of a family of five including three young boys. I hope to instill the world of finance and how important our job is to help families obtain home ownership and financial freedom. A home is one of the most important investments you can make. It also creates a home for families to come together and feel secure.

Mr. Garfield hosted “The Rich Life Real Estate Show” on Fox affiliate radio stations WDUN AM 550 and FM 102.9 for two years, and has been a frequent co-host of the nationally syndicated “Rich Life Show” on financial planning and investment. An often key-note speaker, he advises clients around the world. Jared spent three years working with Robert Kiyosaki training the “Rich Dad Poor Dad” coaching staff and helping clients build real estate portfolio’s. He trained and worked with the Carleton Sheets, Dean Graziosi, Than Merrill, Armondo Montelongo, Robert Allen staff members. Jared has run investment bus tours with the guys from “Flip This House,” and “Flipping Vegas.” Many of these trainers personally buy properties from Mr. Garfield. In his 20’s Jared started a real estate brokerage, recruited & trained 42 agents. He has received many certifications in the real estate and financial services industries including the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. He is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and Utah. Jared loves helping people exit the rat race, and is active in community and church service with his wife and five children.
