Nate Heaps, has over 20 years of experience in real estate from managing acquisitions, renovations, sales and dispositions in the residential real estate space for turnkey and rental real estate, as well as fix and flip opportunities spread out in dozens of markets across the U.S. He has also traveled the U.S. buying properties from government tax auctions, foreclosure auctions, online auctions, and bank owned auctions. He has been apart of over 3,000 acquisitions nationwide. He has also mentored over 10,000 people in real estate over the years.

Robert Stewart

Producing Loan officer/division manager

Robert Stewart started in the mortgage industry in 2012 at W.J. Bradley. Prior to WJB, Robert owned and operated marketing companies in the real estate and tax lien training industries for more than 15 years! Building and selling multiple marketing companies has proven to be the perfect foundation needed to build and grow business for Investors. Since 2012 Robert has been helping to grow investors’ portfolios all over the country with impeccable results.
With his extensive knowledge of marketing and creating opportunities for investors, Robert has found the perfect match in First Colony Mortgage. He has found that helping investors double and triple their return is what drives him every day. “There is simply nothing better than helping an investor overperform and overachieve!”

In his free time, Robert spends time with his wife, Kristina, and their 4 children. He loves golfing, wake surfing, and hanging at the beach, any of them.

Tom Gledhill

SVP Sales & Production at First Colony Mortgage

Tom Gledhill started in the finance industry in 1996 with Fidelity investments. In 1999 Tom switched from Fidelity to the mortgage industry as a loan officer where he immediately began to ascend through the ranks. In 2006, Tom began working as a Regional Manager and has continued in that role and other leadership roles since then. As Regional Manager, he builds mortgage lending and real estate leaders and creates advancement and lucrative money-making opportunities for those he has managed. Mr. Gledhill has managed areas largely in the Western United States including offices in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Tom has expanded into Tennessee, Florida, Texas, and MO.

In December 2022, Tom joined Geneva Financial. This new opportunity helps recognize Tom’s success as a leader and someone who truly cares about the individual loan officers and other employees with whom he works.

Tom’s drive and ambition has allowed him to weather the storms experienced in the mortgage industry. He uses these difficulties as teaching tools that have helped Tom become a smarter lender, a resilient businessman, and a compassionate leader and manager.

When not in the office, Tom loves spending time with his wife and children. He also enjoys activities outdoors, such as golfing, hiking, mountaineering, skiing, and boating. In 2017, Tom had the opportunity to hike to the base camp of Mount Everest.
